The Protein Myth

Tim Van Order is the creator of the Running Raw Project which aims to prove that following a raw vegan diet is the best way to improve yourself physically and mentally and to promote a healthy world too. He is the second raw athlete I know about; Brendan Brazier was the first one (Brendan is the author of The Thrive Diet book). I like Tim because of the clarity of his explanations about how the organism works and the dynamism and encouragement he transmits to people.

In the next video, Tim explains the myth of the protein needing and the difference between protein and amino acids which actually are the final elements needed by our organism. As he says, the protein is only the middle-man, if I have understood him correctly...
